In this hour and a half workshop you will learn different yoga poses and Visayans that will help with the challenges of being an aerialist. We will focus on injury prevention and flexibility to help keep you up in the the air. You will leave with new tools that you can utilize to keep yourself injury free and help strengthen your flexibility while still building strength.

Bio: Jane Carter has been a student of pole dance since 2009. She was drawn to pole fitness as an activity that could compliment her running. She was hooked from the very first spin and has been addicted ever since. Jane is an avid marathon runner as well as a certified yoga instructor. She brings her years of yoga experience to help compliment her pole instruction. Jane spent many months studying extensively with Noelle Wood as well as traveling through out the country to study with many of the top pole professionals.
Jane loves to challenge not only her students but also herself. She has competed in two Pacific Pole Competitions in Los Angeles, and two Pacific Pole Art competitions in which she placed third. She has also performed with the Gritty City Sirens, Vuelta La Luna and with the Vertical Vixens at Poledello in Tacoma. Jane has also performed at the Tacoma Cutura Cabaret and at The Can Can in Seattle with the Vertical Cabernet and multiple times with The Bordeaux Project. She continues to train for her next competition coming up in LA in March. Jane also loves to be behind the curtain.
