For current and new students:

Intro To Pole

-Tuesday & Thursdays  6:00 – 7:00 pm

– Beginners Pole Class – Saturday  1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

30$ Drop in for beginners or packages start at 4/$80 Our most popular is our Unlimited Monthly package $100 for beginners or $150 for our advanced students. Please note our unlimited packages also includes open gym, sexy flow and conditioning.

This class is for our beginner and those that are still working on getting off the floor.  Each class will consist of a warm up and choreography for about 20 minutes then we will work on a mixture of spins and tricks.  Some examples we will be working on are climbs, various spins and a variety of other tricks to gain strength.  We will also add different types of exercises using the pole to help gain strength. The class will end with a cool down and time for questions on anything that we learned.  Common misconceptions that we hear are “I don’t have any upper body strength! or Im not strong enough” Don’t worry none of us started out with a strong upper body.  You will gain that and not even realize it because of the amount of fun you will be having.  Also a lot of pole is about weight distribution and not just strength.  Give us a month to show you that you can become strong, sexy and fit!! And all while laughing and having fun.

Intermediate /Advanced Pole Classes

-Tuesdays –7:00 – 8:00 pm

-Thursdays – 7:10 – 8:40 pm

-Saturday 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

This class is geared towards those that have a pretty good invert and are working on more advanced moves from the floor. This class will work on the butterfly, outside leg hangs, body twists and leg switches just to name a few of the tricks. Our Advanced class is for those that have a good strong invert as well as an aerial invert.  This allows for working on more advanced moves in the air and where we learn to fly! This class is where you build your strength and push your body to do things you never thought were possible all in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Pole Conditioning

-Wednesdays  – 6:00 – 7:00 pm

This class is geared towards getting you upside down and on to our intermediate level.  This class will focus on different skills to help you get upside down in a safe way.  We will work on drills and different moves to help you gain strength to feel confident inverting.  Also geared towards those advanced students looking to clean up their tricks.  If you have taken our beginner class and feel that you are ready to move up please contact us.  We can do an evaluation for you before or after class.

Sexy Flow Class

Wednesday – 7:00 – 8:00  pm

$25 Drop in or one class from your package * Included with any unlimited package. ** Our a 4 pack for 60$ (15$ each)****

A little nervous to try pole but still want to learn some sexy fun moves and get a little cardio in ? Interested in learning sexy dance moves and floorwork but aren’t sure quite where to start?  This is the class for you! Work through a quick sexy warm up then we will work around the pole and on the floor.  This class is for all levels as there will be limited pole involved.  If you are unsure about a pole class this is the class for you.  Learn power flow, sexy transitions, as well as a mini routine each week!

WHAT TO BRING: Heels that secure around the ankle if you want to (not necessary but they will make you feel fierce), legwarmers, thick leggings, or knee pads, and a positive attitude.  Heels are not a requirement to come to class. Please feel free to come without and get your sexy on!  Treat yourself to a safe place to embrace the sexy side in us all.

Aerial Fundamentals Beginning Silk  Class
$140 for 6 Classes

Mondays  – 6:30 – 8:00

Our silks class will run 6:30 – 8:00 to give you plenty of time to get a good warm up and time on the silks.  We have two rigging points for this class and will cap the class at 8 people max.  We will focus on strength training catered towards the aerial arts as well as gain some strength in this new aerial fitness apparatus.

Privates $50 for 1/2 hour or $75 for an hour

If you are looking for a more private class we do offer privates by the 1/2 hour or by the hour.  Our privates are roughly 50$ for a 1/2 hour and 75$ for an hour depending on the instructor.  If you would like to book a private please contact us at 360-621-5177 or via email jane at athena vertical

Open Gym $10

Saturdays  -2:00 – 3:00 pm

Want to get some practice in then gym is for you.  If you are one of our unlimited students then open gym is free for you.  If you are on a package plan or not one of our current students then the fee is $10.  Please note this is not a free for all.  If you are not a student of ours and would like to participate in open gym, you will need to be evaluated before you are allowed to leave the floor.  This is for your safety and will need to be done by our silks or pole instructor before you come to open gym.  Please contact us for an evaluation.  The fee is $25 or can be done before or after a class for free.


We also offer a few non aerial classes.  These are a great way to cross train your aerial fitness. All of the below classes are available for a drop in.  Please feel free to show up a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork and you can jump into any of the below classes.

Join MIXXEDFIT instructor Clif for an amazing hour of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning to your TOP 40 favorites. It going to be a warm night in the studio so remember loose fitting clothes, comfortable shoes, towel, and of course your water bottle! We’re going to WERQ!!! Let’s BOOTY POP, BODY ROLL, and DANCE!! Oh YEA!!! See you there… $5 Drop In Fee No preregistration required.

Contemporary Class with Joel Myersjoel2

Sundays  – 10:00 – 11:00 am 

Joel W. Myers is offering a contemporary class at the studio Sunday’s from 10:00 am – 11:00 am Cost is 15$ drop in. Payable in the studio.  No registration is required.

Joel’s contemporary class draws from his ballet, modern dance and martial arts background. It features a warm up designed to build strength, range of motion and stability throughout the body. The technical portion of the class will include turns, jumps and floor work. The class ends with a small piece of original choreography created expressly for this class.
