Want to come try our Aerial Moon, Aerial Pole, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Anchor, Aerial Diamond , or Aerial Square? We are so excited to announce these new classes. Come take your skills to the next level and try out these new apparatuses!! Sign up by downloading our Athena Vertical Dance App located in the app store under Athena Vertical Dance. Class will be taught every Saturday with a different apparatus each week. If you have a specific date that you wish to come in please dont hesitate to contact us via text or email.
Aerial Pole – Intermediate/Advanced level students only
Come take your pole skills to the next level and learn to fly!!! Must be an intermediate or advanced level pole student and be able to climb cleanly. Class taught by Jane Air
Aerial Moon Lyra – Must be an Intermediate Lyra Student
Come take your lyra skills and learn to manipulate this fun new apparatus. Must be able to pull up into the lyra cleanly and be an intermediate lyra student. We will be working on using current lyra skills and using them to move around the aerial moon. Class taught by Jane Air.
Aerial Diamond/Square Lyra – Must be an Intermediate lyra student\
Come play with us on our aerial square/diamond. We will be spinning and making fun new shapes. Must be able to pull up into the lyra and have some body awareness. Class taught by Jane Air
Aerial Hammock- Must be an Intermediate lyra or pole student\
Come play with us on our Aerial Hammock. Learn how to flow from one movement to another cleanly. Class taught by Jane Air
Aerial LED Diamond- Must be an Intermediate lyra
Come play with us on our Aerial LED Diamond. Come play on this fun new apparatus and learn how to fold your body. into these tiny sections to create beautiful shapes. Class taught by Jane Air
Aerial Anchor- Must be an Intermediate lyra with some pole back ground
Come play with us on our Aerial Anchor. Come play on this fun new apparatus that is a mixture of both lyra and aerial pole. Shorts are preferred for this class. Class taught by Jane Air
