Aerial Fundamentals Silk Class
Our silks class will run an hour with our intermediate classes being an fifteen minutes ; to give you plenty of time to get a good warm up and time on the silks. We have three rigging points for this class and will cap the class at 9 people max. We will focus on strength training catered towards the aerial arts as well as gain some strength in this new aerial fitness apparatus.
Intro to Aerials – Sundays 10:45 – 11:45 am & Mondays 3:00 – 4:00 pm
Mixed Levels – Sundays 9:30 – 10:30 am
Intermediate Silks – Sundays 12:00 – 1:15 pm and
Mixed Aerials Intermediate Level – Mondays 6:00 – 7:15 pm
In this class you will gain strength while learning to dance and fly in the air. This class is for brand new beginners that are just starting out on aerials. We will be working on both hammock and silks to build strength as well as other types of drills to get you off the ground. Our Intermediate Silks will take this forward with more skills, drops and tricks higher in the air.
Kids Circus Class (Under 18 Only) – Kids Circus Mondays 4:45 – 5:45 pm and Mixed Level Sundays 8:30 – 9:30 am
Introduce your kids 9-17 to the basics of Aerials. Kids Circus will walk your kids through the basics to start a fun and challenging new adventure, hobby, or future career.. Learn how to fly, with smiles, and hard work. We practice safety with style by working on balance and strength. Come into a beautiful world that builds new skills and great stories. Currently we are working on aerial silks in our kids classes.
