Intro To Pole

 Please note our Tuesday beginner is for those students that have been taking class for at least 2 months as we are working on inverts and invert preps in that class.

This class is for our beginners and those that are still working on getting off the floor.  Each class will consist of a warm up and choreography for about 20 minutes then we will work on a mixture of spins and tricks.  Some examples we will be working on are climbs, various spins and a variety of other tricks to gain strength.  We will also add different types of exercises using the pole to help gain strength. The class will end with a cool down and time for questions on anything that we learned.  Common misconceptions that we hear are “I don’t have any upper body strength! or Im not strong enough” Don’t worry none of us started out with a strong upper body.  You will gain that and not even realize it because of the amount of fun you will be having.  Also a lot of pole is about weight distribution and not just strength.  Give us a month to show you that you can become strong, sexy and fit!! And all while laughing and having fun.

Advanced Pole Classes Must Be Pre apporved by Instructor

This class is geared towards those that have a pretty good invert and are working on more advanced moves from the floor. This class will work on the butterfly, outside leg hangs, body twists and leg switches just to name a few of the tricks. Our Advanced class is for those that have a good strong invert as well as an aerial invert.  This allows for working on more advanced moves in the air and where we learn to fly! This class is where you build your strength and push your body to do things you never thought were possible all in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Intermediate Level Classes – Must be APRROVED by  an Instructor

This class is geared towards getting you upside down and on to our intermediate level.  This class will focus on different skills to help you get upside down in a safe way.  We will work on drills and different moves to help you gain strength to feel confident inverting.  Also geared towards those advanced students looking to clean up their tricks.  If you have taken our beginner class and feel that you are ready to move up please contact us.  We can do an evaluation for you before or after class.

Sexy Flow and Choreography Class

A little nervous to try pole but still want to learn some sexy fun moves and get a little cardio in ? Interested in learning sexy dance moves and floorwork but aren’t sure quite where to start?  This is the class for you! Work through a quick sexy warm up then we will work around the pole and on the floor.  This class is for all levels as there will be limited pole involved.  If you are unsure about a pole class this is the class for you.  Learn power flow, sexy transitions, as well as a mini routine each week!

WHAT TO BRING: Heels that secure around the ankle if you want to (not necessary but they will make you feel fierce), legwarmers, thick leggings, or knee pads, and a positive attitude.  Heels are not a requirement to come to class. Treat yourself to a safe place to embrace the sexy side in us all. You will not need heels for our Lyrical Class as that is more contemporary dance.

Sensual Flow Tuesday — 4:45 – 5:45 pm

If you are a brand new beginner and a little nervous about coming in this is the class for you.  We will working on feeling sexy in this class.  There are no shoes and no pole.  This class is all about you!!!  Come find yourself in the movement.  This class is also taught online as well.

Exotic Flow and Conditioning Class with Mireya Lace 

Ready to take your dancing to a new level??? Do you like shaking your booty and clacking your heels ? Than this is the class for you.  This class is for 18+ only and will be hot , sexy and sassy.  It is not for the brand new beginner.  We recommend at least a month of pole before you give this class a try.

Intermediate Pole Flowography

Ready to take your dancing to a new level??? This class is for the seasoned pole student that wants to take their heel work to the next level.  This class will move fast and work on harder flow tricks and choreography.  Must be pre-approved by an instructor.  Please just message us if you would like to give this class a try.

Kids Circus Class (Under 18 Only)

Mondays   4:30 – 5:30 pm

Through kids’ circus, junior aerialists of all skill levels will be given the tools needed to gain confidence in themselves, build strength and flexibility, develop body awareness, and learn everything from splits to spins to drops on the fabric in this progressive, upbeat class!  Currently we are only teaching silks as it is easier to sanitize than fabric

Lyra Classes

Lyra, or aerial hoop, may seem like just a simple circle in the air, but in this mixed-level class you’ll find that not only is it a fun, elegant, and challenging apparatus, but a very versatile one as well. Students of all levels are invited to explore all the hoop has to offer through the progressive teaching of skills on, above, inside, and below the bar.

Silks Classes

Beginner Silks –  If you’ve always wanted to run away with the circus, but weren’t sure where to start, this class is for you! First time and beginner adult participants are encouraged to elevate their fitness through fundamental aerial skills, including footlocks, inversions, spins, and methods of climbing, working their way up the fabric and through the beginner curriculum in an accesible, progressive way.

Intermediate / Advanced – This class is for those seasoned flyers that’ve demonstrated mastery of beginner aerial skills and are comfortable with climbs, inversions, footlocks, and fundamental fabric theory. Building off previous knowledge, this class will provide the skills needed to advance as an aerialist and expand your aerial repertoire. Expect a fun, challenging workout and a focus on learning new, advanced skills.

Intro to Aerials – 

In this class you will gain strength while learning to dance and fly in the air.  This class is for brand new beginners that are just starting out on aerials.  We will be working on both hammock and silks to build strength as well as other types of drills to get you off the ground.
