Workshop #1 Spin, Spin Sugar – 6:00 – 7:30 pm
I am the queen of spins! I can teach you how to take one spin and make it four different spins! In this workshop I will teach you how to get more air on your spins, how to step & grip correctly and learn to trust yourself so that you can fly high! My goal in this workshop is to make you feel weightless and free! Giving yourself permission to play & have fun in your feminine!

Workshop #2 Creative Trick and Transitions – 7:30 – 9:00 pm This is a pole class where we learn the latest pole moves and add a twist to them, Crystal style. After teaching PreoProfessional Pole for 2 years. I have come up with many creative ways in and out of tricks. Don’t be scared, you will learn! *must be able to invert from the floor and from the pole, must be able to shoulder mount & handspring. *exceptions can be made but must be per-approved.
