A workshop is a great way to try out something new.  We love showcasing all aspects of fitness and our workshops are a great way to do that.  Keep an eye on this page as we add workshops for the coming year of 2018


Release Your Inner Sexy with Mireya –  February 17th 3:00-4:00 pm  – $25

Come set yourself free in this sexy flow workshop. In this workshop Mireya Lace will help you to find your inner goddess. We will be working on learning to move around the pole, on the floor and transitions from the floor to the pole. Come learn some new choreography and get reconnect with your sexy side. Bring knee pads, legwarmers or leggings and your favorite shoes (not required)

Lollipop Workshop with Jane Air –  March 3rd 3:00-4:00 pm  –  $45

Sometimes call lyra/pole or lollipop this apparatus is a mixture of lyra and pole and is quickly becoming the newest thing for performance pieces.  This workshop is good for both new and advanced pole/lyra students.  Come spend an hour learning this new and exciting apparatus. No experience required however make sure to bring leggings and shorts as we will be working on both aspects of the lollipop.  This workshop will cap at only 4 students max as we only have one lollipop. We will add more workshops as the class fills up.

Aerial Pole or Flying Pole with Jane Air –  March 31st 3:00-4:00 pm  –  $45

Ready to take a swing and truly learn to fly? Then aerial pole or sometimes called flying pole is for you. In this workshop we will learn the mechanics of aerial pole, the differences and similarities to standard pole and a few fun tricks. Must be able to climb at least 10 feet. Please come with standard pole attire.

Release and Restore with Dejia – January 27th – 3:00 4:00 pm -$25

Come ready to release, restore and find new levels of ease in your body on January 27, 3pm. Join Dejia for an hour long blissful roll out using yoga tune up balls (provided) to target the fascia and eradicate pain. We’ll focus on removing tension, rejuvenating stiff joints, soothing sore muscles, improving posture and best of all, relaxing. Be prepared to feel better than you’ve ever felt – I’ll make you a BALL-liever. (**Tight clothing works best for this workshop as the balls can get tangled up in loose items. All other props provided, but if you have a yoga block please feel free to bring it!)
