Intro to Pole
A class for EVERY woman! Learn transitions, floor work and gentle strengthening techniques to prepare for pole tricks! We will explore choreography and build a routine with minimal aerial work. The perfect class for beginners and those who need to build core and upper body strength! Max of 14 students/class (2 people/pole).
Learn basic climbs, poses, and inversion preparation. We will be focusing heavily on abdominal and upper body conditioning. On you have mastered that we will get airborne!
This will be a time to learn basic inversions and more difficult climbs. We will introduce laybacks. Tricks to master: full basic climb, basic invert, superman prep, cross knee release. Advanced classes by instructor approval only.
You’re on your way to becoming an intermediate trickster and your arms and core are solid! Tricks to master: side climb, inverted crucifix, wrist seat, cross ankle release, straddle prep. Once you master these its time to prepare for the serious pole dancer! Time to challenge inversions, work on smooth transitions and build stamina in aerial routines. Tricks to master: Straddle from the floor, inside and outside knee hooks, handstands, basic aerial superman, apprentice, shoulder mount prep. Power Pole Play by instructor approval only. This level may need to be repeated to build the strength and coordination needed in Power Pole Play.
Maximum: 7 people/trick, spin, choreo classes and workshops, 14 people/intro classes (2 people/pole)

Lyra or Aerial Hoop
Mondays or Tuesdays – 7:40 – 8:40
Our Lyra class and will be a strict series course. With a max of 6 students this class will leave you walking away stronger and more fit than when you started. The course will build on itself each week so that at the end you will have a full Hoop routine. Must be able to do at least 10 sit ups controlled and slow and the desire to have fun and work hard.
